Triple Bacteria Set
(Recommended for heat-treated foods.)
A set containing the general bacterial count, coliform count, and Staphylococcus tests. The general bacterial count is an indicator of bacteria abundance, coliform count is primarily an indicator of cooking level, and Staphylococcus aureus is an indicator of contamination by human hands. 5 business days 100
Four Bacteria Set
(Recommended for some partially uncooked foods as well.)
A set that includes E. coli as an indicator of fecal contamination in addition to the Triple Bacteria Set. E. coli, also known as fecal coliform, is an indicator of fecal contamination. Suitable for some partially uncooked foods such as boxed meals and sandwiches. 5 business days 100
Vacuum Pack Set A set that includes Clostridium bacteria, which grow in the absence of oxygen, in addition to the Triple Bacteria Set. Suitable for vacuum-packed items and other products without oxygen. 5 business days 100
General Bacterial Count An index of food cleanliness that measures the number of miscellaneous bacteria grown at 35°C ± 1°C for 48 hours ± 3 hours. 5 business days 50
Coliform A test for coliform or bacteria with similar properties. Since they are also abundant in soil and the environment, they are often used as an indicator of cooking level. 5 business days 50
Staphylococcus aureus A type of bacteria that causes food poisoning. Since it is also present on the skin of animals and humans, it is used as an indicator of hand contamination. 5 business days 50
E. coli (fecal coliform) An indicator of Enterobacteriaceae contamination such as enterohemorrhagic E. coli. 5 business days 50
E. coli (fecal coliform)
(Most Probable Number Technique:MPN)
A testing technique for E. coli specified in raw oyster standards. 5 business days 50
Clostridium A test for Clostridium bacteria that grow in the absence of oxygen. This is an indicator bacteria for products with no oxygen, such as vacuum-packed items. 5 business days 50
Salmonella A bacteria that causes food poisoning with just a small number of bacteria, found in the intestinal tracts of cattle, swine, and birds. Insufficient cooking of meat or the use of contaminated utensils can cause food poisoning. Raw beef, pork, and chicken meat are the main subject of testing. 6 business days 50
Bacillus cereus This bacteria exists in a wide range of environments including soil and plants. It has heat-resistant properties. Inadequate cooling after heating can cause this bacteria to multiply rapidly, causing food poisoning. Spices and grain-based foods such as rice and spaghetti are the main subject of testing. 5 business days 50
Vibrio parahaemolyticus (qualitative) A food poisoning bacterium that inhabits seawater and prefers salt. Fresh seafood is the main subject of testing. 5 business days 50
Vibrio parahaemolyticus
(Most Probable Number Technique:MPN)
The Vibrio parahaemolyticus test is specified in standards for raw oysters and raw frozen seafood. 5 business days
Clostridium perfringens This bacteria exists in the intestines of humans and animals and in the environment.
It has heat-resistant properties and prefers an anaerobic environment.
Inadequate cooling after heating can cause this bacteria to multiply rapidly, causing food poisoning.
Food poisoning from this has occurred in pre-made curries and more.
5 business days 50
Campylobacter These food poisoning bacteria are found in the intestines of birds, cattle, swine, sheep, and other animals. Insufficient cooking or the use of contaminated utensils can cause food poisoning.
Raw chicken is the main subject of testing.
5 business days 50
Enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157 These food poisoning bacteria are found in the intestines of animals.
Insufficient cooking or the use of contaminated utensils can cause food poisoning.
Raw beef is the main subject of testing.
5 business days 50
Fungi (mold and yeast) Mold and yeast can grow in foods with lower pH and water activity than normal bacteria, meaning they are often tested for in such foods as sauces and pickles.
In this test, mold and yeast are combined and assessed as fungi.
8 business days
Constant temperature test and bacterial test set (sterility test) A special test to verify the safety of retort pouch foods and other foods that have been packaged, heated, pressurized, and sterilized. 16 business days
Norovirus These bacteria proliferate in the human intestine and gets on food through contaminated hands. They also live on oysters and other bivalves. 7 business days 100

Under the revised Food Labeling Act, labeling of calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and sodium has been made mandatory.
Testing for mineral components other than those required for mandatory labeling is also possible.
We can accommodate testing not listed in the summary table, so please feel free to contact us.

Test Content Delivery Time Quantity Required(g)
Basic Nutrition Labeling Set (7-Test Set) This set includes the basic tests required for food labeling: water content, protein, fat, mineral content, carbohydrates, energy, and sodium content. 10 business days 100
Basic Nutrition Labeling Set + Dietary Fiber (Enzyme-Dry Weight Method Set) In addition to water content, protein, fat, mineral content, carbohydrates, energy, and sodium content, this set includes dietary fiber and sugars, making this a 9-test set. 15 business days 100
Individual Mineral Analysis: Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, and Calcium Measures mineral content such as potassium and calcium in food.
Fees are the fees per test.
10 business days 50
Phosphorus Measures phosphorus content in food. 10 business days 50
Individual Trace Element Analysis: Iron, Zinc, and Copper Measures trace elements such as iron, zinc, and copper in food.
Fees are the fees per test.
10 business days 50

Residue standards have been set for all pesticides, feed additives, and veterinary drugs to ensure they do not harm human health.
Pesticide residue testing includes simultaneous analysis testing of 250 frequently used pesticides and individual pesticide residue testing for specified pesticides.

Test Content Delivery Time Quantity Required(g)
Simultaneous Analysis Testing of 250 Pesticide Residues This testing set features testing for 250 pesticides frequently detected in vegetables, fruit, grains, and legumes.
It is recommended for those who want to test for a wide range of pesticides rather than specific pesticides.
10 business days 500
Individual Pesticide Residue Testing Consult with us if you wish to conduct testing for a specific pesticide only.
The turnaround time and price vary depending on the type of pesticide being tested.
Please consult with us. Please consult with us.

Test Content Delivery Time Quantity Required(g) PDF
Water Activity This measures water activity, an indicator of available moisture for microorganisms. The high stability of sugar-preserved and salt-preserved products is due to their low water activity, which inhibits microbial growth. 10 business days 100

This test evaluates food manufacturing environments.
Since testing methods vary depending on what is being evaluated, please contact us first if you are considering this test.

Swab Testing (General Bacterial Count, Coliforms, Staphylococcus Aureus) Swab testing assesses the cleanliness of surfaces such as kitchen utensils and doorknobs.
It tests three items: general bacterial count, an indicator of bacteria abundance, O157 and other coliforms, and Staphylococcus aureus, a bacteria commonly found on skin.
Airborne Particle Testing (General Bacterial Count, Fungi) This method measures the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment (air quality, etc.). There are standard reference values that serve as guidelines for each of three categories: contaminated work areas, semi-contaminated work areas, and clean areas.
Palm Stamp Testing (Standard Agar Medium) This test evaluates handwashing techniques.

It is used to assess the sanitation conditions of bathtub water and pool water.
Regular testing is especially important because Legionella bacteria can cause pneumonia and even death.

Test Content Delivery Time Remarks
